Our Purpose
We believe a dog’s day should not be defined by confinement. At Chandler Dogs 24/7, we built an architectural retreat that feels less like a facility and more like a home—a space where dogs roam freely, rest naturally, and receive undivided attention.
Our Beginnings
Traditional facilities rely on containment—storing dogs in isolated compartments until scheduled walks. We chose a different path. We provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for our 4-legged clients while simultaneously providing a convenient and socially engaging environment for our 2-legged clients.
By keeping our doors open 24 hours a day, we match the modern schedules of dog parents while honoring the natural social rhythms of our guests. Whether it is daycare or long-term boarding, our professional team resides alongside the pack, ensuring continuous oversight and care that mirrors the safety of home.
The Space
Located at 6145 West Chandler Boulevard, our retreat offers over 10,000 square feet of meticulously kept indoor and outdoor play spaces. We do not store our guests; we guide their day through physical exercise, socialization, and peaceful intervals of sleep.
Our layout balances wide-open lawns with cool, shaded retreats, allowing each animal to choose their climate and activity level throughout the day and night. It is a structure built on respect, quiet supervision, and true communal ease.
Leadership
Senior Manager of Operations
Near the end of 2013, Dave walked into Old Chandler Dogs to see what Dogs 24/7 was all about. What he and his almost one-year-old Border Collie, Savanah found was more than just a visit; it turned into a job interview that blossomed into a fun, rewarding career working with dogs. Dave started at the entry level and dedicated himself to learning every aspect of the business. Through hard work and passion, he grew into roles including Shift Supervisor, reliable overnight support, and eventually General Supervisor.
Returned home to Chandler in 2023 with Savanah, now 13.
General Supervisor
Chloe joined Chandler in October 2024 as a Specialist and quickly became a valuable asset to Dogs 24/7. She consistently stepped in wherever needed, taking on any shift while building her knowledge and always putting the dogs’ needs first. Through her dedication and work ethic, Chloe grew into the role of Shift Supervisor, regularly supporting overnight coverage and ensuring consistent care across the board. In 2026, Chloe officially joined Chandler’s leadership team as our General Supervisor.
Dedication and care always remain her top priority.
General Manager
Ivy joined the company in May 2024 after relocating from Portland, Oregon to Santa Fe, New Mexico. With no prior experience in the dog industry, Ivy jumped in paws-first and quickly found a true passion working with dogs. After excelling in the fast-paced, high-volume environment at Zoomies Santa Fe, Ivy rose through the ranks and transferred to headquarters in Phoenix with her Pittie Calliope—where Ivy now proudly serves as General Manager, working out of both locations.
